two more items from recent SEC filings....... looks like Wisconsin sold another 50K shares. This makes twice in the past couple of years, and brings them to 335K shares. the outstanding prospectus has been revised, and it looks like HealthCare Ventures II is joining the other HCV interests in registration??....... lots of old friends are saying goodbye? As we know from the previous 13G, HCV's interests are already much reduced. A lesson, IMO, to other biotechs that may be out looking for partners...... don't pick Medimmune.
