Bush caused the current decline
Correct, Bush is the cause of the recession. The market has gone up and down somewhat over the last 8 years. It was the gift of power to the unqualified Junior George which knocked the economy into recession. Prior to this we were looking at the ebb and flow that has been usual in this Clinton prosperity.
