Not only does ECO have quite a bit of debt, but they have not paid interest on it for several years, so there is quite a bit on the liability side. Have to go digging for the exact numbers.

P.S. Here's the interest: "Since April 1998, the Company has exercised its right to defer its semi-annual interest payments to holders of the capital securities. The deferred interest accrued at September 30, 2000, totaling $41.9 million"
