Cheney chief chain puller? You are right, I imagine. In the near term, I don't know what will happen because Bush has refused to help out with western energy crisis. The companies who sell energy on the open market make a killing. Someone compared the energy situation in the west to the Indian earthquake. Someone with a dozen bottles of water walks in front of dislocated people who starve and who are thirsty. He says, I have water, but it will cost you $100.00 a bottle! Yet, Bush refuses to do anything about prices.
