Of course, the difference is that to find a brand new mansion in Silicon Valley that sells for less than $25K, you'd have to go back in time several decades.

To find CSCO trading at less than a 20 PE, though, you'd only have to go back 7 years.

I think there is a good chance that you will be able to buy CSCO in the teens later this year. Single digits is unlikely, but not impossible. If it gets there, I'm in.
