It's very simple to get the attention of SI Administration for violations of the Terms of Use. Send an email with a link to the offending post. Do it immediately, don't wait for days. Be cognizant of the fact that the people who receive the emails may be in a different time zone, don't work all night, and don't work weekends, at least not all the time. It's very unlikely that anyone official will intervene unless you follow those directions. Further, some threads have their own dynamics - the George W. Bush thread is one of the so-called hockey threads. It's not a tea party. SI has different tolerance levels depending on the context. And if you call someone a name, don't complain when he calls you one back.
