If you don't complain when people violate the Terms of Use towards you, no one else is likely to, unless they like you or don't like the poster. Usually it's a lurker who does it, the people who are involved in the fight don't usually go running to complain.

You doofus. You have no idea what this is all about. You got suspended, obviously. You blame it on whoever noticed your violation of the Terms of Use. That's the way this place works, Zippy. Somebody sees something that they think violates the Terms of Use, and they report it to the admin. That's the way it's always worked, since way before you decided to show up. The admin can't read all the posts. Everybody else here calls it "self-policing". You call it tattletailing. You broke the rules and somebody pointed it out, and the admin busted you. Whose fault is that, you moron? And your analogy to the Gestapo is absurd. You don't fit in here because you broke the rules, and that's a 'Gestapo tactic'? The rules are the rules.
