SUNX will NEVER get off the pink sheets. Everyone can hope and pray all they want but the SEC will NEVER bless this deal. In the SEC's eyes it makes no difference that its a new company with new management. They only look at the history of the public company itself. You cant escape your past. If you commit murder you cant escape sentence by changing your name. They can file 50 form 10's but the SEC is always going to have further comments. ragingbull.lycos.com
