I would love to see a balanced budget too but through spending cuts.

We spend $300 billion a year in interest on the debt. The best way to cut spending is to pay off the debt.

The day Reagan was elected, I told everyone I knew that his budget was going to blow up the deficit.

I'm telling you the same thing about Bush.

It looks like the tax simplification is not going to happen this time. We will see about the spending side...
