If I were as dumb as Quayle....I'd be a happy little duck..

cut circles...and try to get them even all the way around

no "wedge" shapes....thin on one end thick on the other...you need uniformity for them to cook right...you can make them lengthwise or across......lengthwise will break but they will all break down some as they cook....

I've tried a little parsley...or celery....never makes it better than just plain salt and pepper with a little paparika......

think of cutting thick silver dollars....and this will be best.
