Pray you may be right *g*,

the site did look promising yet salt water and oil are a lot alike down there in the murky depths. No crying foul on the information on this one yet you would think they could put the drill in a better place.

As the market today only prices in production, yes the stock does look oversold.

Algerian invitation,

Algeria's state-owned Sonatrach is inviting local and international companies to bid for a 2D seismic programme covering more than 1600 kilometres in two separate portions. The onshore shoots include 806 kilometres in the Zerafa area and 878 kilometres in El-Assel area. The deadline is 3 March.

Sonatrach is also inviting bids for the processing of 3D onshore seismic covering 710 square kilometres on the Bahar El-Hammar area. The closing date is also 3 March. The state-owned company is stepping up exploration activities as part of an ongoing programme aimed at increasing its crude oil capacity by more than 50% by 2005.
