Just for grins, could you help me and point out where those rights are exactly in the constitution?

Without even getting into the whole can o' worms of penumbras and emanations, you didn't even answer my charge that the Clinton administration was more than willing to run roughshod over people's privacy when its purposes were suited. Or were Bill and Hillary Republicans during Filegate?
