The three portfolios with the lowest values at the end of April will receive cash prizes of $2,000, $1,000, or $500. investor2.cnet.com For anyone who thinks this looks like spam, first no one reads this board, and second, it is relevant to CNET collecting registrants and building their traffic, and it also is one sign of a turn in market psychology, and a precursor to (someday) a turn in the market. The rules state that you must register before April 1, so it appears to be too late to enter.
