Scanshift has filed suit for damages against some of those mentioned in the post

First complaint was thrown out on some technical basis. Second complaint is resulting in trial.

I know very little about how it is proceeding or if it has ended. I may be able to get this info. I prefer to allow the facts to come to me without my personal request for information.
