Water was changed to wine, can a vinegary change to water?

there is a way for global's shareholders
like i & thor to have justice delivered
as pertains to investment, obtain shareholder value
to obtain that return from a selling gpgi shares
buy low & sell high
yes, but two things are required in my opinion
(1) global's dirt is good dirt (allows extraction)
(2) above justice only for investments of shareholders

the above (2) implies no action will be taken
against Jensen or Twitford that has as purpose
to confront their past and present activities
as being for or against shareholde value

from this we are able to proceed from an assumption
that (1) is True, as in global's dirt contains
precious metals in enough quanity and in a manner
that the metals can be extracted in quanity at a price
that will make this company successful as in creating
the types of revenue hoped for in a "gold mine."

my suggestion is based on the fact that many including i
would greatly welcome a legal action towards the management
of global such that they are removed and hopefully charged
and found guilty of criminal crimes

yes, but in my opinion unless that is done with great care
that requires resources both to attack and defend from that
which will counter us with their counter attack, unless we
all agree to make this a long costly battle that will tap
and suck much from us all time and money with no clear time
table or final judgement results, then if started we would
not only fail, but Jensen with actually obtain a win at the
expense of us providing his win results at our expense.

if my above comments ring true or possible
then where do we hurting shareholder stand
or better yet
what can we do so that Jensen does not screw us
as we think he has and will continue to?

to me its the above (1) + (2)

lets assume (1) is False
no precious metals will ever be extracted from the dirt
if so then no one wins in terms of investment's huge reward
no riches to be made
investment lost
Jensen & Twitford continue job security for years to come
but they never deliver their aDream to themselves
and to me that all i need to know
and i will not carry hate to see them suffer & hurt
just knowing they did not win the good dirt
is all thats important to myself

ok, but lets assume the dirt is good
doing (1)
now allow (2) which excludes "revenge, hate, etc."

i have posted more than many times
about jenSin crime being working against shareholder value
especially with him only allowing a twiTurd solution
that started from day 1 long before i did a buy of gpgi

to do (1) & (2) requires us to accept dirt is not good
and in the end no one wins and Jensen et al not taken to court

please re read above sentence

as now to do in my opinion
is wait for jenSin & twiTurd to make global successful
if they do, then we got good dirt w/ extraction
and with extraction of the dirt implies revenue
which is money
which is what we claim w/ damages against Jensen

Note: This requires that we accept the possibility
that Global's dirt is good in all ways such that
if we were able to expell jenSin & twiTurd today
and obtain proof of good dirt that we could quickly
make a deal good for all and bring in new people
that will obtain salaries from them being successful
through them receiving paychecks in gpgi shares given
to them not below market best Ask price.

The above Note is very important since it includes
the possibility that if we wait for Jensen to make
Global successful, he may not even do that with
the dirt being good. Ineffect same end result
if the dirt was bad.

For me i see nothing showing me the time and resources
from shareholders to do it correctly at their time
and expense.

Hire a sleeze lawyer and shot yourself in foot.

To me we wait for Global to become successful,
then we move in and extract jenSin & twiTurd.

If anyone know the dirt is good and knows that
this good dirt can be taken to a conclusion
such that money is made as hoped for, and you
also wish not to wait for Jensen and Twitford
to deliver success, then speak up and give plan.

Hey Jack even though the guy is wrong most of the time all
3200 shareholders are still in the same floundering boat.
You know it's over.
I know it's over.
Do you think they think it's over?
You said before you had owned .001 stocks.
Can you enlighten us on how a captain scuttles his ship...
Thor

Jack, looks like I am leaving the thread. XTCI is UP $$$$$.
Formerly MGAU now XTCI is shooting for the roof and with
them we won't need GPGI. Loading up on that XTCI has
now made me real comfy with profit. GPGI and even the
majors are done so GPGI will be lost in the carnage....
No one will now listen to a pink when the majors will fail.
It's not too late to buy XTCI and make up for the loss here.
See you around Jack.
