Well I do know that Maryland has a special program coming up in August with tax-free clothing purchases up to a max of $100, I think... more will be coming out soon.

So mebbe August is the turn-around.

BTW, you are right about the Feds following ECRI. It went negative about a year ago and the Feds didn't act for over 9 months! A year late and a trillion short... lessee, that means we can see at least another 9 months of interest rate lowering.

Duh!

That data is supposed to be a leading indicator, so the time lag would be negative. There were some tabs you could click and download their data into an excel spreadsheet (weekly current enough?) and creat your own charts.

I tinkered with it a bit. Was looking at the late 98 numbers in relation to now.
