Hi william ,there is no article, just a list and I could not find it in online, only in the print edition. It's a regular listing they do of the top 10 industry groups, with the stocks ranked in order of relative price strength and EPS called "Follow the Leaders". Here is the list, in order:

IBD Electronics Military Group

EASI, UIC, LLL, ATK, BAE, DRS, TCII, ESP, EDO, CUB, MRM, SPA, MXWL, ESTLF, STST, HRLY, ETC, GMH, ECC, BYRS, TTN, IRSN, STCO, BVRT, RADF, FUR, ELBTF

W. E. Innocent: My opinion, in short, is that military tech stocks will do very well under team Bush/Powell/Cheney. I am long EASI, UIC, HEI, HXL, BEAV, DRS, TTN, HRLY, and a few more. You could also go with the biggies: LMT, RTNA. I also like satellite industry (STAR WARS II) stocks, like VSAT. If any of you are knowlegeable in this area, please contact me.
