Still Hanging steve, The Big Boss and I have been doing some advanced research on some golf resort properties down South.....and It is selling/building time again. Lots to do. Need to design something that the Big Boss will like.....and of course nail the bottom the interest rate cycle. Lots of Californians are loading up the truck right about now......I think they might have found out that we have the lowest electric rates in the nation.....So I need to brush up on my Californian..."cool, dude"....."awesome"......"we can close this puppy tomorrow"....and so on. Meanwhile, I have been adding to our common....and as always, looking for a better price for some dipping into the option well. bg
