Notice? LOL. You seem to have completely missed what was going on.

This was the discussion Luigi and I were having before Messr. Goldfinger sashayed in:

Luigi: A "in the dark guess" on my part is all the tech/growth funds are waiting with baited breath to get as much of the MCDT/EMC spin off into their portfolio; that they have had to wait for the expansion of the float to start buying MCDT in size....

Gus: Anytime you have a large block of shares going from ownership of one to ownership by many, the volatility is bound to increase significantly. If it goes down low enough I plan to add some more to my core and trading positions....

Does that sound that we weren't aware of the stock overhang at all. Doesn't that make you wonder why he was trying so hard to convince people that he and only he was aware of it?

Now, Goldfinger is a well-known weirdo who has ruined many message boards -- typically oriented towards fundamental analysis -- with his grandstanding trades and his tiresome tirades against fundamental analysis and groupie-like devotion to the law of supply and demand.

So since his belief was total that nobody else picked up on the impending imbalance as a result of the dividend distribution, I decided to have fun with him, push a few of his glaring buttons and voila, straight from the donkey's mouth:

.....The point is that the EMC shareholders do not want the shares and the MCDT stock reflects it and so do the when issueds (which I am sure you had no effing clue is trading
500,000 shares a day)....

......show us some more growth of the industry stats, fool. it's all about supply and demand

......Gotta love those ferverent fundamentalists

Utterly predictable and useless! LOL.

I trust that this will be the end of this matter.
