The last I checked they are paid in millions of dollars every year to forecast what the company would deliver (i.e. it is their full time job to check things out to see if business is doing well, etc.).

When Chambers hinted twice within the past 30 days that the company would in fact miss the earnings and yet these charlatans did not downgrade the stock but instead dumped their shares (after all the stock came down from the $50's to the $30's). And then all of a sudden all of them coming out the day after the earnings announcement and downgrade the stock saying "...Cisco's earnings miss was a shock to us!", I just get disgusted with these low life blood suckers.

And then the pimp charlatan at Merril Lynch has the audacity to come out and set a target price of $20/shr! This is the same analyst who had set a target price of $140/shr when the stock was in the $70's!
