I consider insider transactions to be as potentially misleading as lockup expirations. There's just too many reasons that insider transactions might occur which have nothing whatever to do with what those insiders think of the company's prospects (e.g., tax selling).

So, I can only believe that any insider selling at this time would be unrelated to CPST's prospects.
