overshooting to the downside would probably be 12 PE on net earnings, IMO. This is the low end of the S&P range, but not the bottom (which is around 8). If net is around 44 cents, a 12 PE would be $5.28 a share. At that price, I would finally consider Cisco a fundamental buy, instead of a trading buy. I think it would take a depression for this to happen, but I wouldn't rule it out.
