The Swiss generally leave folks like Rich alone, especially considering he has MANY friends in high places, si I would highly doubt the Swiss will do anything...also, I would venture to guess that Rich's Swiss based assets sit primarily in Swiss numbered accounts and with various Swiss owned private banks...my guess is that he is treated as royalty there.
