The timing of traffic lights is really not a Federal government issue.

Fear is not a Federal issue, but that didn't stop Franklin Roosevelt from talking about it.

I expect leaders to lead. Discussing ideas does not infringe on the rights of the states. We need leadership, but Bush's agenda is to get his oil contributors into Alaska.
