JRI,

I figure to just ride until it whips me. This sounds simple, but I find that if I try to out-think it by looking for places to get out, than I am most often out way too early. I mean, I do have some ideas as to where it will want to pause/rally, but they are all lower than here.

What do I know?

1) Sentiment is extreme.

2) Non-tech is extended and is not discounting any slowdown at all.

3) Tech is still way over-valued and is possibly in the throws of a nice breakdown.

On the wave side, there is a bullish count (there always is) for the NASDAQ. For it to unfold, we need to get impulsive up from here so we can view the move since the 24th as just an a-b-c. That does not look likely to me, primarily because it's gone on too long. Since rolling on the 31st, it looks like we have put in 5 pretty clean waves down (looking at, say, 30min). If so, and if we are going down again, then this period of upward/sideways correction we are in could last for a day or two more, but that's Kreskin stuff and we could just as easily keep falling hard before we all look back and recount "what we should have seen" -g.
