Rick--I agree with you that Greenspan involved into politics too much. In last November he should cut the rates, but he refused to do so. The bad holiday season sales forced many companies to cut jobs. We may see even worse unemployment data in next several weeks. However, I do not think the whole economy will crush. I am expecting to see an additional 0.5 cut in March.
