Do you consider the Reagan economy to be a miracle? No. But the common perception of his voodoo economics is truly a miracle. Wrt. William Jefferson Clinton, he reduced deficit and debts in economically favorable times. That's common sense. Out of favour these days .... In the country where I live, people directly vote for the level of taxation. Call it self-inflicted. Interestingly, they lower it very rarely. They know the long term consequences. Regards, Boris
