Put another way, "We shouldn't treat the problem, because that would acknowledge that there is one." I've heard that viewpoint expressed on CNBS, and it is alarming.

Wishing economic problems away won't solve them.

You are probably right - doesn't everything seem like a double-edge sword? Go long on JDSU, its a great company, watch it drop to 35, short JDSU, then see great guidance on the SDLI merger ala AOL/Time Warner...what to do what to do
