Our problem is that we need something NOW! We set our thermostat back two degrees during
the day and lower for the night, and it made a significant impact on our gas bill this month.
It is around $17.00 lower than last month's bill even though natural-gas prices have increased..

Some people are looking for solar panels for their roof. I don't know how it works. We haven't
gotten that far yet.

We installed several electric bulbs that less consume electricity. They are expensive, but they are
guaranteed for five years.

Another problem is that to grow enough food to sustain the EXISTING world's production, we must use Nitrogen ferrilizers, and production of Nitrogen fertilizers necessary is dependant on utilization of fossil fuels.
