So, what has to be completed before we get our 3.8 JDSUs ? The Swiss sale and closure with NT--what else ? Got any idea when the final merger of JDSU/SDLI would happen, and shares get converted ? The vote is on Monday, Feb. 12, and that's the last "t" to cross. After that, it's a matter of days to weeks depending on how fast your broker gets the information and makes changes. I remember when TI bought Amati, there was a wide range of results. You can trade during the interim, just as if your SDLI were already JDSU. Incidentally, on the Raman news, I should have noted that SDLI is the first to have their Raman certified. I don't know if anyone else has received that designation. If not, SDL owns that space for the time being. Pat
