OT: Bollinger was referring to cyclical stocks whose earnings swing wildly and don't grow on a secular basis, so since we're talking about a growth stock it doesn't apply.

The P/E's on cyclicals are high when earnings have dropped to very low levels and the p/e's are low when earnings are great.

I think this agrees with what you're saying.
