Hi Rude....long time, no talk...hope all is well...

Reports swirling all over that Dell to lay off employees...(I hope for the sake of those employees not true, but times, unfortunately, getting tougher)...

My point: Dell is out denying all the reports...even after WSJ article....if Dell comes out within the next month...and starts laying off employees....

(If that happens) I would argue, then, Dell's management hasn't changed (its recent ways) bad habits.....still deny, deny, deny until the obvious is out....be careful...

Dell still the low-cost leader, and cutting expenses will make it even further so...so they are well-positioned, and it seems the market is going to prefer "value" tech for a while, so Dell (stock) should be OK...but I hate to see management continue such stuff (if true)...hurts the stock, credibility..

Hope I'm wrong...I have no position either way...continued best wishes...
