Hi Eric, my impression was that direct sales were not the problem.... ... but rather large accounts. The channel never knew if their best customers could be taken away in the future by Sun, especially if Sun was subsiding their own salesforce. I agree with you that a direct sales model would be best for the low end. That is very much a box moving business.
