Not according to them Gallop polls neo keeps referencing!...Clinton with the largest approval ratings since FDR, and Bush now with the highest DISAPPROVAL rating in the history of the Gallup poll (some 50 freakin years!!)...and during the eight years Reagan worked out of the Oval Office, his average job approval rating was 52%, which was below the average of ALL presidents since President Eisenhower. Now Reagan's ratings did improve since he left office, but all Presidents do better over the years.
