I don't know how she has the nerve to show up, but Laura Conigliaro of GS asked why they have confidence going forward.

Dan: field forecast supports forward guidance, and since they are headed into their 4th quarter, they will kill for commissions. Also, competition is weak and is not a factor.


It got better, though. She interrupted him: "If your field forecasts are so accurate, did they foresee the slowdown in U.S. sales?"

Dan: Um, yes, actually.
