Dear Swisstrader: Nah, thats not the way it works. A really successful leader delegates the details to others. He can do this because he selects only the BEST not a bunch of yes people, they give him a summary of his options and he picks the course of action consistent with his beliefs.
Anyhow, arent you proud that you can now saw with conviction, MY PRESIDENT CAN BEAT UP YOUR PRESIDENT?? haha JDN

He's just the resident....remember? The guy won't be making any decisions. He is doing his job......that is staying in shape for the photo ops so he looks good in the pictures!!! LOL

Heck, he is probably too scared to jog around the grounds so he stays inside!!
