Eric, It is good if they can acquire companies but their own stock has been hit.
They need to announce a share buyback plan that keeps their stock in the low 30s or even pushing it higher.

If it drops to the mid 20s, the currency will be too weak.

They don't have to buy all shares they announce but when investors see that there is a share buying plan in place, the selling pressure decreases.

I have not found any pooling of interest closing in the last 6 months and that paves the way for a buyback announcement.

Chambers knows he has to get investor confidence in his stock and more importantly the company itself.
