We just got the results of the finals yesterday and Ammo has qualified for state in both the 50 freestyle and the 200 free relay! Their 200 relay is only 2 seconds away from All-American. (Unfortunately 2 seconds is about a year in swimming, but it sounds good).
We are really proud. He's worked hard for this. He's going to state competitions now in Forensics and Swimming! This was our lazy non-achiever; I think there's a lesson in there somewhere.

The clean-up needs to be done by the first weekend in March. That's when the out-of-towners descend upon our little forgotten land. They know we are white trash. Don't gotta let them see the trash, though.

I picked up the nasty old couch yesterday. Amazing how strong irritation can make you.

You're going to be on I-65? You finally going south to fish and get warm?
