Spectrum is not all terrestrial. If you you utilize the most efficiency AND control geography and spectrum ... you win. WAP (CDMA or GSM) leaves a bad taste in ones mouth. Iridium left a bad taste in ones mouth. GPRS will leave a bad taste in ones mouth. Capital dries up. WAP 2.0, BREW, 1xRTT will help restore confidence. - eQ -
