GPS

A couple of guys I know managed to get their hands on several GPS,s to "test". At one location under the forest canopy in a valley and on a cloudy day one of the newer GPS.s never had a position it could not record. One of the guys was impressed enough to say he was tossing out his old 1200 dollar model and picking up the new one because it was so accurate and easy to use. Price ? about 300 bucks. But the model number went through the wash so I got no more imfo than its pretty cool for us hiker sometimes prospector types..
Do they make a GPS that will find your car on the ferry? Or your socks in the laundry pile. <ggg>

Boy some of the stuff I write is disjointed. No wonder I get confused when I talk to myself. <GGG>
