They renamed as ServerWorks and just announced they were being acquired by Broadcom.
They were also working with Intel, as I recall. Intel subsequently decided to do their own. Don't think they have a DDR server chipset yet, but they're working on it. (They are a large supplier of chipsets for SDRAM on servers).

I've just seen a road map that indicates Intel will be using a ServerWorks DDR chipset with Foster.
