Yes it's could be long time before techs really have a good move up again well will see how the yoyo rolls.The High PE large caps are the dangerous stocks, i can see more distribution going on in them.

Value investing could last probably for a couple of yrs .from the time of the tech wreck began. Their will be rallies but i think they will fade quickly. And there's a possibility we could see 1960 on NDX.
