Basically the Dems don't want a tax cut because they won't have as much money (your money) to wage class warfare and buy votes.
Pitting as many as they can "against the rich" is one of their little dirty tricks.

Couldn't agree more. Watch the Democrats offer a Welfare program under name of tax cut, and present it as their alternative.
