ild, Lots of ways to play it. For very large accounts, I would buy some futures calls on the Yen, preferably further out in time. However, these are very expensive. There are also physical calls that are cheaper. Still, unless someone is employing a 90/10 money mgt. program or something similar, these are high risk trades. Lower risk might involve buying CEFs like APF, JOF and JEQ. The good news there is that you are getting Japanese cos. on their multi year lows and in the funds at a discount. The bad news is that the Yen could rally without the stock market. JEQ is nice in that the Nobel Laureate who runs it holds no financial stocks.
