OT: What rise was that? Prior to the decrease in Sept 1998 the Fed Funds Rate was unchanged at 5.5% for 18 months.

Now Stock Operator, you know these babies were undervalued in 98. That was when we found that a "new era" had begun. Where "productivity" would never let us have a severe market decline etc etc etc.
