Folks should know that there is an Extreme difference between flat and bullish or bearish. I haven't run the numbers, but I think I'm about 85% cash in my Phleet. Got it set up to commit about 50% of that in the a.m., just betting on a run back to the weekly NDX down trend line. I'll still have a bunch to commit if it goes lower. See about a 1.5% decline before the next turn. The key is that Buy & Hold is a joke; we probably need another book from the Beardstown Ladies to change my attitude. <gg> The major structural problem that I see at this time is the Admin folks running around saying the sky is falling to get their tax cut. Wouldn't want to have my livelihood dependent on estate planning about right now. Berney
