Scumbria,

Bush and DeLay are going to blow the budget. They will cut about $10 million out of some school lunch program, and another $15 million out of a handicapped access program.

If the debt repayment is the highest priority, every penny counts. Are you saying they should be making deeper cuts in school lunch program?
