Pervert Paul Re: Costco in Sunnyvale ... 1.5 GHz Pentium 4 systems.... They had a stack of these today along with HP Pentium III PCs....Over at MicroExpress, they also had stacks of Pentium 4 PCs..

Yep, from the time Intel first shipped a few thousand P4s, nobody's ever run out of them.

What great news! Heaven forbid anyone should ever sell any of the things. What a great job Intel's been doing, especially considering that there's very little RDRAM available, and every P4 needs a minimum of not one but 2 RIMMs.

Nothing like those Athlons, one day they have a big stack, the next day... nothing's left! Poor AMD, can't keep the stores supplied.
