NVLS

I will put NVLS on my to do list of charts to mag this weekend. I have 9 years of data on it so not sure I will get to it.

A quicker style of analysis which I rely on when mags are not available shows your entry as being very very good. What that style of analysis tells me is to follow the NVLS short with a stop above Wednesday's high. Follow it with a stop above the high for the past 2 days. So if today's high takes out yesterday's then the stop on Monday is above today's high. If it does not take out yesterday's then the stop on Monday is above yesterday's high.

If I were short NVLS this is the method I would use. Targeting double bottom (mid 20s) but I would use the stop method all the way down. Double bottom may or may not hold.

NVLS Mags

NVLS mags show some supports which are in the immediate area. I still like the prior plan of stop above the high of the prior two days.

The thick uptrend in the low 20s (chart on right) should be very solid if/when tested. It's anchors are 11.29.93 to 4.28.94 if you want to see the prior action around it.

Low 30 area should be quite solid support also. Going back to early December action note the gap of the mag downtrend. NVLS then returned for a quick sniff/retest. This area is now very important to the long term health of NVLS.

Mag horizontals are tough. There are too many of them in the immediate area and all are weak ratings. I focus on the trendlines (chart on right) when the horizontals (chart on left) are in this situation.
