CNNFN Commentator last night: "Stocks sold off on concerns over January sales in the retail sector." Really? Did CNN confirm this sentiment with everyone who sold stock on Thursday? Isn't it possible that coming on the heels of the holiday retail season that Americans are just a bit tired of shopping? Consumers are saturated with every conceivable type of consumable. The societal shift is no longer the notion of loading up on useless goods ad infinitum, but towards SIMPLIFICATION. That's the role that BANDWIDTH will play in the coming decade. Will the media ever look at the BIG PICTURE?
